2 C ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1/2 TSP SALT
1 CUP COMMERCIAL SOUR CREAM
1 HEAPING TSP BAKING SODA
1 C CHOPPED NUTS
1 TSP VANILLA

CREAM SUGAR AND BUTTER - ADD BANANAS.
SEPARATE EGGS
ADD YOLKS. STIR WELL, ADD SOUR CREAM AND BAKING SODA
ADD ALL DRY INGREDIENTS.
ADD UNBEATEN EGG WHITES, THEN ADD NUTS AND VANILLA
BAKE IN A 13 X 9 PAN WHICH HAS BEEN GREASED AND FLOURED
350 FOR AROUND 1/2 HOUR OR UNTIL TESTER COMES OUT DRY.

BEST TO USE A BUTTERCREAM FROSTING
